We currently ship to addresses within the United States.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and most packages arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer returns?

 

Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene/personal-care items cannot be returned once opened unless damaged or incorrect.


My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

 

Email support@strykks.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace the item at no cost.


How will my refund be issued?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
